Fantastic Hotel Experience

friendly staff comfortable bed

I found the staff helpful and friendly I was able to check in a bit earlier which I really appreciated I did stay there to attend a nearby music festival Everyone was friendly. The hotel was very very comfy and tidy it was a great experience overall I really enjoyed the quick check-in process. I slept so well because the bed was quite comfortable!

During my stay the shower, although a walk-in, did not have any handrails. I also noticed a step to get in I hope this issue will be fixed soon, because it made it difficult for my disabled husband to take a shower I think that handrails are necessary.

I must say the staff members were attentive I found them receptive and always ready to assist , made my stay feel very personalized and relaxed I have never seen such kind people.

the staff were friendly. breakfast included ample hot choices. the room offered good space, it included a nice shower. check in process was very smooth.

the hotel fitness suite needs more equipment, specifically the treadmill, it was broken. better signage for stairs is also needed.
